In order to capture data quickly and accurately, we predominantly use and recommend Scantron OMR scanners. Since around 2010, these scanners began to feature additional imaging capabilities, over and above the traditional capturing of simple marks from ‘bubbles’ on a sheet. The Insight 4es scanner is another example of a desktop ‘OMR With Image’ scanner, Very popular with universities
and colleges for processing MCQ exams and assessments. It can process A4 and US letter size sheets, but runs at a slightly faster 2200 sheets per hour rate.
The ‘big brother’ of the Insight 20plus scanner, Falls into both the desktop and production categories of
‘OMR With Image’ scanners, This scanner will scan a stack of 60 A4 sheets in 60 seconds, i.e. 1 per second, making it ideal for processing large batches of forms.
